Dolphins put McKinney on IR, waive Berlin (AP)
Offensive lineman Seth McKinney was placed on injured reserve Tuesday by the Miami Dolphins, who also waived quarterback Brock Berlin and 13 others in their first round of roster cuts. McKinney underwent surgery earlier this month to repair a neck disc and was hopeful of returning by the midpoint of the season.
